- Can multiple admins use one Pro license?
- Yes. One license covers all admins in your tenant. Each admin installs the extension and activates with the same key — no per-user fees.
- How long does a Pro license last?
- A one-time payment of $299 per tenant, valid for one year. Nothing renews automatically: to keep Pro features after that, buy another year.
- What counts as one tenant?
- Your Microsoft 365 tenant — the organization behind your *.sharepoint.com domain. A license is bound to that tenant domain, so every SharePoint site collection in it is covered, and every administrator who installs the extension can activate with the same key. Organizations running more than one tenant need a license per tenant.
- How do I activate a license?
- After checkout your license key is emailed to the address you used. Paste it into the extension's options page and Pro features unlock for anyone in that tenant who does the same. The key is validated against our licensing API; no SharePoint data is sent in that request.
- Is there a trial?
- There is no time-limited trial. The free plan never expires: 3 analyses a day, with the Pro tools locked, for as long as you like.
